WEDDING MANAGEMENT – DAY OF COORDINATOR starting at $1500

Day of coordination really starts 60 days prior to your event. Let us take care of the final touches leading up to your big day so you don’t have to sweat the small stuff. This is perfect for the DIY couples who have most of the planning completed but need assistance managing the rehearsal, vendors, and the ceremony itself! Perfect for the working professional. Included is:

• Up to 5 In-Person Consultations
• Coordinator available via phone, text, or email
• Detailed timeline itineraries for all key players
• Review of all Venue & Vendor Contracts and Arrangements
• Vendor Confirmation
• Attend & coordinate rehearsal, wedding, and reception
• Distribute maps from ceremony to reception location, as well as for rehearsal dinner, if necessary
• Greeting of guests at ceremony site & reception site
• Contacting guests & vendors in event of inclement weather and needing a back-up location
• Setup of personal ceremony & reception items on wedding day (sand ceremony, pictures, etc.)
• Distribute bridal party flowers; assist with pinning of corsages & boutonnieres, if needed
• Confirmation of ring possession prior to ceremony
• Distribute ring bearer pillow & flower girl basket(s)
• Coordination of procession and cue bridal party and musicians or DJ for ceremony
• Coordination of reception entrance and cue bridal party and musicians or DJ
• Gather couple’s personal belongings at the end of event
• Packing up of wedding gifts for couple to take home after event
