Ashley and William from Massachusetts eloped at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with just a handful of loved ones. We were at the Breaker’s resort at 15th Street by the pier. You can see the dark clouds rolling in towards the end of the ceremony, but the storm waited until after they were pronounced!
